Our Approach

Our approach, Systematic Treatment Enhanced Performance (STEP), use a combination of Trauma-Informed* Neurodiversity-Affirming Integrative Psychotherapy**, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, and Performance Coaching to achieve the results.
We are based on Strength-Resilience Positive Psychology, which focuses on both Mind, bOdy, and natuRE (MORE).
Your goals and needs will be the centre of the sessions, and like in a team sport,
we are a partner to reach the goal.
* “Trauma-informed practice prioritizes client complexity, social context,
and the therapeutic relationship throughout the treatment process.” (Szczygiel, 2018)
** Integrative psychotherapy combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client. By combining different schools of psychological theory and research, integrative therapy becomes a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy.
