Q: What are the methods of payment?
Fees are payable by credit card (additional 3% charge) cash or bank transfer (PayNow) and should be paid in
full before (credit cards) or after the session (cash or PayNow ).

Q: Do you offer sliding fees?
The price listed is the net price. RE: Ignite Psychotherapy (“RE:Ignite”) is a registered sole proprietorship company and not funded by any agency. For those who might have financial difficulties, we are willing to consider reducing fees on a sliding scale. Please contact us for further discussion.
Concession rates are available for students, the unemployed and freelancers – we might request supporting documents during the first session.

Q: Do you provide invoice?
RE:Ignite is a registered sole proprietorship company and we will provide an invoice.

PayNow

Q: Do I/We need to purchase the assessment?
No. You can decide if you want to purchase the assessment to have a better understanding of your mental toughness (MTQ48) or relationship health (Gottman Checkup). Both assessments are provided directly by third-party partner companies, thus the payment is for the purchase of the assessment.

Q: Can I purchase the assessment at a discounted price?
The assessment fee indicated above is discounted price for our clients. For non-client, the assessment fee will be
based on the actual exchange rate on the purchase date.

Our Cancellation Policy

We encourage you to have a regular session to see the progress.
Therapy is a coordinated effort between us (you and me).
Thus, your commitment is needed to see the progress.

However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us
at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time,
so that we can have the best possible chance of rescheduling.

You can contact us (call, whatsapp/sms or email) to reschedule.

* In the case of emergencies, please contact your therapist as soon as you know that you will miss a session.
